Quali Serve Technologies Limited, an IT, Telecoms and Infrastructure Firm, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Facility Management Officer / Admin Assistant

Location: Lekki-Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise drivers and ensure all company vehicles have valid and up-to-date documentation (licenses, insurance, roadworthiness, etc.).
  • Oversee office assistants to ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the office environment at all times.
  • Monitor and ensure consistent power supply for daily operations (generator, fuel management, etc.).
  • Support and maintain efficient day-to-day operational flow within the organization.
  • Prepare and submit weekly operational and facility reports.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: OND (Ordinary National Diploma).
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in facility management or administrative support.
  • Must be computer literate (Microsoft Office proficiency is essential).
  • Strong organizational and supervisory skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
  • Preferred candidate should reside around Ikota First Gate or Ajah axis.

Salary and Benefits

  • Monthly Salary: N80,000 / Month
  • Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage
