Job Title: Field Sales / Marketing Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are looking for a results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager with 5 years upwards of experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s customer base
• Manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key retail accounts
• Lead, mentor, and supervise the sales team to ensure optimal performance
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budgets
• Ensure product availability and visibility across assigned territories
• Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to optimize product distribution
• Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics to improve efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5 years upwards of proven sales experience in the FMCG industry
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong understanding of distribution channels and market dynamics in FMCG

Additional Requirements:

 Salary
N250,000 per month.
