Job Title: Sales Specialist (Energy Sector)

Location: Abuja (FCT)

About the Role

• We are currently hiring on behalf of our client, a reputable player in the energy sector, for the position of Sales Specialist.
• This role is suited for a results-driven professional with solid industry experience who can drive revenue growth and expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the energy industry
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals
• Lead negotiations and close deals in line with business objectives
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 - 6 years’ sales experience within the energy industry (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of the energy market (e.g., oil & gas, power, or renewables)
• Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.

Compensation

• Net salary: N400,000 – N600,000 per month
• Competitive commission structure.
