GingerUp Nigeria Limited is an organic fruits and nuts company concerned about using healthy food to maintain and nourish the human body. The idea of GingerUp and GingerShot metamorphosed from a kitchen experiment in the process of finding a nutritional and healthy drink for an upwardly mobile family in Lagos while trying to avoid carbonated drinks. We believe in promoting hygienically processed natural drinks that produce preventative antibodies and can boost the immune system against bacteria and viral infections. We believe in sustainable partnership and look forward to getting GingerUp and GingerShot to every corner of Nigeria and West Africa markets. Our business promotes the activities of local farmers in ginger, honey, turmeric, lemon and lime.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive (Lagos Island)

Location: Ojodu Berger, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and target-oriented Sales Executive to drive product distribution, open new markets, and grow sales revenue across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers and distribution channels
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and retailers
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct market surveys and report competitor activities
• Ensure timely delivery and proper product display at outlets
• Follow up on payments and reconcile customer accounts
• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years proven sales experience (FMCG experience is an advantage)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work with little supervision and meet targets
• Must be familiar with Lagos routes and markets.
