Job Title: Field Sales Representative (Activation Manager)

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a results-driven Field Sales Representative (Activation Manager) to drive product visibility, market penetration, and customer acquisition across assigned territories in Lagos.
  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with route-to-market strategies and a strong ability to execute on-ground sales activations for a liquor products

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute field sales activities and drive product activation within assigned routes
  • Identify and onboard new customers/retail outlets (including bars, restaurants, and distributors)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Ensure product availability and visibility at key sales points
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and field activities

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in route-to-market or field sales roles
  • ⁠Experience in FMCG or alcoholic beverage sales is an added advantage
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Good knowledge of Lagos market and distribution channels
  • Must be proactive and result-oriented

Availability:

  • Immediate resumption required.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: N150,000 net monthly + commission
  • Transport Allowance: N50,000
