Job Title: Human Resource Manager
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Days – Mon – Fri (8.30 – 6pm) Sat (8.30 – 1.30 pm)
Job Description
- Design and implement performance management systems (KPIs/OKRs) that drive measurable business results
- Lead the development and execution of the organization’s People & Culture strategy aligned with business objectives
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and exits
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management
- Design and implement learning and development initiatives, including leadership and capability development programs
- Manage employee engagement, wellbeing, and internal communication frameworks
- Develop, standardize, and enforce HR policies, processes, and SOPs
- Provide advisory support to leadership on employee relations, conflict resolution, and organizational matters
- Oversee administrative and operational functions to ensure efficiency where applicable
- Track, analyses, and report HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making
- Proven track record of driving performance and accountability in a mid-sized organization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- CIPM certification is mandatory (SHRM/HRCI is an added advantage)
- 5–10 years of progressive HR experience. (3–5 years in a leadership HR role)
- Solid understanding of current HR and workplace trends
- Strong change management and leadership skills.
Salary
N500,000 - N650,000 per month.
