Overview
- We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales growth, manage key client relationships, and support business expansion efforts.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, maintaining strong client engagement, and ensuring excellent service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
- Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies
- Identify and onboard new clients through market scanning and networking
- Manage client communications and resolve issues promptly
- Ensure timely response to RFQs and tenders
- Support seamless client onboarding and retention initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability and service delivery
- Monitor stock levels and provide market insights to procurement
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage client relationships
- Good understanding of sales, marketing, and business development principles
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
