Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Overview

  • We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales growth, manage key client relationships, and support business expansion efforts.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, maintaining strong client engagement, and ensuring excellent service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
  • Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies
  • Identify and onboard new clients through market scanning and networking
  • Manage client communications and resolve issues promptly
  • Ensure timely response to RFQs and tenders
  • Support seamless client onboarding and retention initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability and service delivery
  • Monitor stock levels and provide market insights to procurement

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage client relationships
  • Good understanding of sales, marketing, and business development principles
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
