We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Retail Manager

Location: Ojodu Berger, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day supermarket operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
• Manage and supervise store staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Manage inventory levels, stock ordering, and product display.
• Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
• Analyze sales reports and market trends to improve business performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• 3-4 years experience as a Retail Manager or similar role in a supermarket or retail environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Salary Range
N150,000 - N200,000 / Month.
