Linkora Networks - The Internet Service Provision section of the business offers unlimited internet with no data cap through fiber Broadband or fixed wireless. Serving businesses of all types and residential users, we provide you with a more affordable and secure broadband connection. We are currently deploying Fiber-to-the-Home Internet to several homes, estates, and residential buildings along our catchment areas.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of FTTH Growth & Expansion 

Location: Ikorodu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

  • We are building a high-performance Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) network and are looking for a results-driven leader to scale network rollout and subscriber growth.
  • This role is accountable for delivering measurable expansion targets — homes passed, active subscribers, and revenue growth.
  • This is an execution-heavy role. You will be responsible for turning infrastructure investment into paying customers in a challenging operating environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver FTTH growth targets: homes passed, connections, and revenue
  • Plan and execute network rollout strategy (prioritisation of high-density, high-demand areas)
  • Drive subscriber acquisition through pre-sales, local campaigns, and partnerships
  • Manage contractors and vendors for fiber deployment, ensuring cost, speed, and quality targets are met
  • Secure right-of-way access, permits, and partnerships with estates, landlords, and local authorities
  • Build and lead cross-functional teams across deployment, sales, and operations
  • Track and optimise key metrics: cost per home passed, cost per connection, ARPU, churn, and payback period
  • Identify and unlock high-value opportunities (MDUs, business districts, new developments)
  • Ensure operational execution in environments with power, logistics, and regulatory constraints

Performance Metrics

  • Number of homes passed per quarter
  • Subscriber acquisition and penetration rate
  • Cost efficiency of deployment
  • Revenue growth and payback period per area.

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in telecoms, ISP, or infrastructure rollout (FTTH experience strongly preferred)
  • Proven track record of scaling network infrastructure and driving subscriber growth
  • Strong understanding of telecom unit economics (ARPU, churn, penetration, ROI)
  • Experience working in emerging markets or similar operating environments
  • Demonstrated ability to manage contractors, field teams, and external partners
  • Experience dealing with permits, right-of-way, or government/regulatory bodies
  • Commercial mindset with ability to translate network build into revenue.
