Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and high-performing Sales Executives to drive the growth of our business applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, HR/payroll systems) and services
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales and a proven ability to close deals within the Nigerian market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for business applications (ERP, CRM, HR/ Payroll and other solutions)
- Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Engage decision-makers (C-level Executives, HR, Finance, IT leaders)
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and solution-based selling
- Understand client needs and propose tailored business solutions
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Negotiate pricing and close high-value deals
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets
- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams for solution delivery
- Prioritizes high-value opportunities
- Manages multiple deals simultaneously
- Ensures consistent follow-ups and deal progression
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- 2-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in business applications or SaaS
- Extremely passionate about sales
- Aggressiveness and a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience selling ERP, CRM, HR/Payroll, or financial software solutions will be an added advantage
- Deep understanding of the Nigerian Business Market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Awareness of industry trends and competitors
- Ability to position solutions against alternatives
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
