We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Office Assistant

Job Summary
- The Office Assistant supports the daily administrative and operational activities of the dispatch delivery company.
- This role ensures smooth coordination between the office, dispatch riders, and customers, while maintaining accurate records and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and attend to customer inquiries (calls, messages, walk-ins) professionally
- Record and process delivery orders accurately
- Coordinate with dispatch riders for pickup and delivery assignments
- Track parcels and update delivery status in real-time
- Maintain proper documentation of shipments, payments, and receipts
- Assist in preparing daily reports on deliveries and operations
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks (recording payments, expenses, etc.)
- Ensure proper filing and organization of office documents
- Support logistics coordination between warehouses and clients
- Monitor rider activities and report any delays or issues
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE/OND qualification (additional certification is an advantage)
- Previous experience in logistics, dispatch, or administrative roles is a plus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented
- He or she must reside around Iyana Ipaja, Agege, Shasha, Egbeda and Ipaja - Lagos.
