Job Summary
- The Machinist will support precision manufacturing and machining operations within the company’s advanced manufacturing and fabrication environment.
- The role involves operating machine tools, interpreting technical drawings, and ensuring components meet required specifications and tolerances.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate machining tools (lathe, milling, drilling machines) under supervision
- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Assist in fabrication and machining of components
- Perform basic measurements using precision tools (vernier calipers, micrometers)
- Maintain machine cleanliness and safety standards
- Support preventive maintenance of workshop equipment
- Ensure compliance with quality and HSE standards
Requirements
- BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 0–2 years experience in machining or workshop environment
- Basic knowledge of machining processes and tools
- Willingness to learn and grow in a technical environment.
