Job Title: People & Culture Administrator

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The People & Culture Administrator will support HR operations, employee experience, and organizational culture initiatives.
  • The role requires a structured, tech-savvy professional capable of managing HR processes while contributing to a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee records and HRIS systems
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives
  • Assist in performance management processes
  • Support employee engagement and culture programs
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–3 years HR experience (preferably in structured organizations)
  • Experience with HRIS and data management
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices
