Job Summary
- The People & Culture Administrator will support HR operations, employee experience, and organizational culture initiatives.
- The role requires a structured, tech-savvy professional capable of managing HR processes while contributing to a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee records and HRIS systems
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Coordinate training and development initiatives
- Assist in performance management processes
- Support employee engagement and culture programs
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations
- Prepare HR reports and analytics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–3 years HR experience (preferably in structured organizations)
- Experience with HRIS and data management
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices
