Our focus is mainly on delivering quality pharmaceutical products to our customers, distributors and stakeholders within and outside the country. We specialize in the wholesale distribution of quality pharmaceutical products and operate as the sole distributor in Africa for major pharmaceutical production companies in India. We are a leading contract distributor for Pharmaceutical Tablets, Gels, Pain Relief Balms, Creams, Sex Enhancers etc. Our Products are manufactured at factories with WHO Certification and are distributed in more than 10 countries.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR / Admin Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities
Human Resources Support:

  • Maintain HR database (HRIS) and employee records (paper and electronic).
  • Coordinate the onboarding process: new hire paperwork, contracts, orientation, and setting up workstations.
  • Support recruitment: posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Assist with payroll by keeping records of attendance, leave, and overtime.
  • Help administer employee benefits and address basic HR inquiries.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage office supplies, mail, and correspondence.
  • Schedule meetings, events, and manage calendars for the HR team.
  • Process company expenses and maintain office files.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Staff Assistant, or relevant administrative role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organization: Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Confidentiality: High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
