Job Description
- To monitor quality transaction of CDS(inbound/outbound/back-end/front-end) agents
- Audit processes for identifying process gaps and provide input for process efficiency
- Conduct Root cause and Training need analysis for various process
- Prepare certification module and evaluate each batch before release to operations teams
- Maintain records of QA history of officials and share them with supervisor / HOD every week
