Darey.io is a DevOps virtual learning Bootcamp. In the Darey.io social learning program, you will take your knowledge and certifications and apply them to solve real problems. You may start with little or no IT knowledge but, after completing 30 hands-on projects, you are as good as other engineers with 3 years in the industry.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Growth and Production Marketer

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • This role is not just ads and lifecycle.
  • It is brand strategy execution + demand generation + lifecycle marketing + sales pipeline management + automation — all in one role.
  • You are the person who decides how these products are positioned in the Nigerian market, builds the funnels that convert interest into revenue, and makes sure customers stay long enough to become champions.

You will own:

  • Brand strategy execution: how Darey.io and Xterns.ai show up, what story they tell, why someone chooses them over every alternative
  • Demand generation: quality leads across multiple channels, not just volume
  • Lifecycle marketing: the right message at every stage from first touchpoint to retention
  • Sales direction: working with the sales team, reviewing conversion data, ensuring pipeline quality
  • Automation: building workflows in GoHighLevel yourself, across the full customer journey
  • Reporting: tracking what moves and telling the MD the truth about it

We expect you to hit the ground running.

  • No three-month orientation. First campaigns live by the end of Month 1. Full lifecycle machine running by Month 2. If you need a long runway before you produce results, this is not the right role.

What we are looking for

  • 4–6 years across growth marketing, product marketing, or brand and performance in a consumer tech, edtech, or marketplace environment
  • You have executed brand strategy, not just written it in a deck
  • You have built end-to-end funnels from acquisition through retention
  • You build your own automations. GoHighLevel experience is a strong plus
  • You are comfortable in sales data — reviewing conversion rates, diagnosing drop-off, and acting on it
  • You understand B2C and B2B growth — Xterns requires both simultaneously
