We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing Executive

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Growth in brand awareness and market share
  • Effectiveness of marketing campaigns (ROI, engagement, conversions)
  • Timely execution of marketing initiatives
  • Sales support impact and contribution to revenue growth
  • Quality and consistency of brand messaging

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the FMCG industry
  • Strong understanding of brand management and consumer marketing
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools
