Operations Manager at the 1004 Home Owners and Residents Association (1004 HORA)

1004 HORA is the body in management of 1004 Estates, Victoria Island, Lagos, which is home to about 5,000 people from different walks of life - including a high expatriate population. The Estate is one of the largest in Sub-Saharan Africa and it hosts it's own Power Plant, Water Treatment Plant and many other amenities in need of proper attention and maintenance.

We are seeking qualified individuals to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and overall management of service providers and technical staff in 1004 Estate;
• Management and maintenance of the power systems and infrastructure of 100
• Estate and ensuring efficient performance and delivery to all residents and service points.

Qualifications and Experience

• A good first Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• A post graduate degree is an added advantage.
• Minimum of at least 8 years experience in facility/operations management roles in a similar setting.
• Membership of related professional bodies is also an avantage
