1004 HORA is the body in management of 1004 Estates, Victoria Island, Lagos, which is home to about 5,000 people from different walks of life - including a high expatriate population. The Estate is one of the largest in Sub-Saharan Africa and it hosts it's own Power Plant, Water Treatment Plant and many other amenities in need of proper attention and maintenance.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Procurement Cordinator

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies
  • Source and negotiate with vendors to achieve best pricing and quality
  • Coordinate supplier relationships and performance
  • Conduct market research and price benchmarking
  • Lead and supervise procurement activities
  •  Ensure compliance with Association’s policies and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with finance and operations on budgeting and cost control

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering or related field
  • 5 years’ experience in procurement
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
  • Proven ability in cost control and strategic sourcing
  • Masters’ in Business Administration is an added advantage.
