Job Title: Maintenance Officer

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilties

• Preventive Maintenance (PM): Regularly inspects and services machinery, guest rooms, and common areas to prevent breakdowns, including HVAC systems, lighting, and kitchen equipment.
• Corrective Maintenance & Repairs: Fixes plumbing issues (leaks, toilets), electrical faults, carpentry needs, painting, and structural damage (walls, furniture).
• Guest Service & Experience: Responds promptly to maintenance requests from guests or Housekeeping to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensures the building meets fire, safety, and health regulations (e.g., testing alarms, smoke detectors, emergency lighting).
• Operational Efficiency: Identifies energy-saving opportunities, manages spare parts inventory, and maintains maintenance logs and budgets.
• Contractor Management: Supervises outside contractors for specialized repairs to ensure work meets hotel standards and safety regulations.

Salary
N100,000 monthly.
