We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Chief Technical Officer
Location: Kado, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and installation of off-grid, hybrid, and mini-grid solar PV systems
- Provide technical leadership for rural and industrial electrification projects
- Provide technical leadership on project planning, budgeting, and procurement
- Enforce safety standards and HSE compliance across all project sites
- Train and mentor technical staff on solar PV and mini-grid design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Renewable Energy, or a related field. Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, MSc) are a plus.
- At least 7 years of experience in technology leadership, with a strong background in renewable energy systems.
- Proven expertise in loT, energy storage systems, and grid integration technologies.
- Exceptional problem-solving and project management skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- A passion for innovation and sustainability.
Salary
N300,000 - N500,000 / month.
