About the Role

• We are looking for an energetic and driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing solar energy team in Lagos. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated self-starter to build a career in one of Nigeria's fastest-growing industries while helping homes and businesses access clean, reliable energy.

What You'll Do

• Generate and follow up on leads for solar products and installation services
• Conduct client visits, product presentations, and site assessments
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
• Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to drive brand awareness
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Track sales performance and report on key metrics
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless customer experience from inquiry to installation.

What We're Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
• A Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a passion for renewable energy and sustainability
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital marketing tools
• Prior exposure to the solar or energy sector is an advantage but not required.
