Job Objective
- The Corporate Communications, Partnerships & Business Development Executive is responsible for building, managing, and strengthening the organization’s corporate reputation by translating technical safety and engineering expertise into clear, credible, and trust-driven communication for clients, regulators, and the public.
- The role supports organizational growth by positioning the company as a recognized authority in safety engineering and compliance services, enhancing brand credibility, supporting business development initiatives, and ensuring consistent, high-quality communication before, during, and after projects and corporate engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Communication & Content Development:
- Translate engineering reports, audits, inspections, and safety performance data into clear, client-friendly communication materials.
- Develop technical narratives, case studies, press releases, and corporate communication documents based on project outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and technical teams to ensure accuracy while maintaining clarity for non-technical audiences.
- Prepare communication materials for project milestones, certifications, and service delivery achievements.
- Maintain structured documentation of company success stories, technical deliverables, and project highlights.
Corporate Reputation & Authority Building:
- Support the positioning of the company as a trusted authority in safety engineering and compliance.
- Coordinate corporate visibility initiatives including publications, professional features, and industry participation.
- Promote executive visibility, particularly for senior leadership, through structured communication and public engagement.
- Develop communication materials that reinforce the organization’s credibility, professionalism, and reliability.
- Monitor public perception and brand reputation, providing communication support to sustain a positive corporate image.
Event Planning & Corporate Engagement:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage corporate events such as technical seminars, safety workshops, stakeholder meetings, and industry exhibitions.
- Support the execution of client engagement sessions, regulatory meetings, and professional networking events.
- Prepare event-related communication materials including invitations, presentations, briefs, and post-event reports.
- Coordinate event logistics including venues, equipment, participant registration, and documentation.
- Ensure all events align with corporate branding and professional standards.
- Maintain records of event participation, engagement outcomes, and performance metrics.
Media, Industry & Stakeholder Relations:
- Build and maintain professional relationships with media, industry stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and relevant institutions.
- Support media engagement activities including press briefings, publications, and information dissemination.
- Respond to stakeholder and public inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure consistent and accurate communication between the organization and external stakeholders.
- Support participation in industry forums, regulatory engagements, and professional platforms.
Business Development & Partnerships Support:
- Support business development initiatives through strategic communication and client engagement activities.
- Contribute to the development of proposals, presentations, and marketing materials for client acquisition.
- Identify and support opportunities for strategic partnerships and collaborations.
- Work closely with the Sales and Business Development team to align communication with revenue growth objectives.
- Assist in strengthening client relationships through structured communication and follow-ups.
Internal Communication & Corporate Culture:
- Support internal communication of organizational achievements, safety milestones, and compliance performance.
- Assist in documenting and promoting the company’s safety culture and operational excellence.
- Prepare internal communication materials including announcements, updates, and corporate bulletins.
- Ensure alignment between internal operations and external messaging.
- Support management in maintaining employee awareness of company activities and initiatives.
Documentation, Reporting & Records Management
- Maintain organized records of communication materials, publications, events, and stakeholder engagements.
- Prepare periodic reports on communication activities, event outcomes, and visibility performance.
- Monitor and document communication efforts for internal reference and audit purposes.
- Support data collection and reporting related to corporate communication effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Professional certification in Public Relations, Corporate Communication, or Event Management is an added advantage.
- Membership in relevant professional bodies is desirable.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2–5 years experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communication, Event Management, or related roles.
- Experience within engineering, safety, construction, or technical service environments is an added advantage.
- Demonstrated experience in organizing professional events and managing corporate communication activities.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 / Month.
