We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Pastry Chef

Locations: Ago and Ajao - Lagos

Responsibilties

• Design and prepare a wide range of pastries, desserts, breads, and other baked goods.
• Develop new dessert recipes and seasonal menu items.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all pastry products.
• Oversee daily baking operations and coordinate with kitchen staff.
• Manage inventory of baking ingredients and order supplies as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards in the pastry kitchen.
• Monitor baking processes and ensure adherence to food safety regulations.
• Train and supervise pastry assistants and junior bakers.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2 years experience.

Salary
N90,000 - N110,000 per month.
