Role Summary
- We are looking for a results-driven Client Acquisition Personnel to identify, prospect, and convert potential clients into long-term business relationships.
- This role is central to driving revenue growth and expanding the company's market presence.
- The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with a passion for sales, a strong understanding of client needs, and the ability to close deals effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients through various channels including cold outreach, networking, referrals, social media, and industry events.
- Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to generate qualified leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct initial client consultations to understand their needs, pain points, and business objectives.
- Present and pitch the company's products and/or services in a compelling and tailored manner.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals that align with company targets and client expectations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align acquisition campaigns with broader company messaging.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual client acquisition and revenue targets.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients throughout the sales cycle.
- Provide regular reports on pipeline status, conversion rates, and acquisition metrics to management.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities.
- Gather feedback from prospects and new clients to continuously improve acquisition strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development, client acquisition, or a closely related role.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) is strongly preferred.
- Prior experience in B2B or B2C sales environments is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional presentation style.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market opportunities and client needs.
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple prospects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales/CRM software.
- Resilience and a positive attitude in the face of rejection.
