Job Title: Marketing Officer

Location: Airport road, Ajao Estate - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Officer to promote our school’s brand, attract prospective students, and strengthen relationships with parents and the community.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies that enhance the school’s visibility and reputation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns
• Promote the school through digital platforms, social media, and traditional channels
• Organize and coordinate school events, open days, and outreach programs
• Manage the school’s online presence, including website and social media accounts
• Create engaging content such as newsletters, flyers, and promotional materials
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with parents, partners, and the local community
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns

Requirements
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional certification in marketing is an added advantage

Experience:

• 2–3 years’ experience in marketing, preferably in an educational institution
• Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns
• Experience in digital marketing and social media management

Skills and Competencies:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Creativity and attention to detail
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
