Job Title: Direct Sales Agent

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Mode: Hybrid (Field-Based – 1 day in office weekly)
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday

Job Overview

  • FMR Agency is recruiting 10 results-driven Field Sales Officers to support customer acquisition and revenue growth within the digital payments sector.
  • The successful candidates will be responsible for identifying, engaging, onboarding, and activating new business clients across high-density commercial areas in Lagos. This role is primarily field-based and requires proactive prospecting, strong persuasion skills, and the ability to meet structured monthly sales targets.
  • Ultimately, you will drive merchant acquisition, increase product adoption, and contribute directly to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential business clients (SMEs, retail stores, hospitality outlets, corporate clients, etc.) within assigned territories.
  • Promote and sell digital payment solutions, including collections and payout services.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and clearly explain features and benefits to prospects.
  • Support merchants through onboarding, KYC documentation, and activation processes.
  • Achieve assigned monthly merchant acquisition and activation targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities using CRM tools or provided reporting platforms.
  • Provide follow-up support to ensure customer retention and consistent product usage.
  • Report market insights and competitor activities to sales leadership.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in any discipline.
  • 1–2 years of direct sales experience (FinTech, banking, telecoms, FMCG, or related industries preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
  • Ability to work independently in field environments.
  • Good knowledge of the Lagos business landscape.
  • Basic digital literacy (smartphone usage, WhatsApp, CRM tools).

Salary
N150,000 monthly + Commission.
