Job Summary

  • We are seeking a professional and experienced Executive Driver to provide safe, reliable, and courteous transportation services to executives.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent driving skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a commitment to punctuality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Safely transport executives to and from specified locations in a timely and professional manner.
  • Always ensure the safety of passengers by adhering to traffic laws and regulations.
  • Regularly inspect and maintain the vehicle to ensure it is clean, well-fueled, and in proper working condition.
  • Schedule routine maintenance and report any vehicle issues promptly.
  • Plan and research the most efficient routes to avoid traffic congestion and ensure timely arrivals.
  • Stay updated on road conditions, construction, and other factors that may affect travel.
  • Exhibit excellent customer service skills, demonstrating politeness, discretion, and a professional demeanor.
  • Maintain confidentiality of executives’ conversations and travel plans.
  • Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel purchases, and other relevant expenses.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks as required by the executive or management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum of B.Sc/WAEC
  • Strong knowledge of Port Harcourt and the surrounding areas.
  • Excellent defensive driving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain focus and composure under pressure.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Must reside within or around Lagos Island for easy commute.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
  • Not more than 40 years old.
