Job Title: Bar Attendant / Cashier

Location: Ogba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Bar Attendant / Cashier will be responsible for attending to customers, preparing and serving drinks, handling cash transactions, and ensuring smooth daily operations at the bar.
• The ideal candidate should be courteous, trustworthy, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Major Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and take drink or service orders professionally.
• Prepare and serve beverages according to company standards.
• Receive payments and issue receipts accurately.
• Balance cash register and maintain proper transaction records.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of the bar area.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages when necessary.
• Resolve customer complaints politely and escalate when required.
• Support smooth operations across the lounge when needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE qualification.
• Previous experience as a Bar Attendant, Cashier, or in a similar hospitality role.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic numeracy skills and ability to handle cash accurately.
• Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
• Neat appearance and good personal hygiene.
