Description

• Results-driven Branch Supervisor with experience in managing daily branch operations, supervising staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. Skilled in driving sales growth, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Adept at resolving customer issues, improving team performance, and contributing to overall business success within the Okumagba market.

Operational Management:

• Supervise daily branch activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
• Monitor workflow, schedules, and service delivery
• Ensure the branch meets performance and productivity targets.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree with 3 - 5 years experience.
