Job Description

• We are seeking for a competent and experienced Finishing Pulpit Operator to join our rolling mill finishing section. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and controlling finishing line operations to ensure product quality, safety, and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor finishing pulpit/control panel operations
• Coordinate finishing line activities including cooling bed, cold shear, and bundling
• Ensure finished products meet required size, length, and quality standards
• Communicate effectively with finishing line operators and production team
• Monitor equipment performance and report faults or abnormalities
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and good housekeeping practices

Requirements

• SSCE, OND, or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience working in a finishing line or pulpit/control room environment
• Good understanding of rolling mill finishing processes
• Ability to read production parameters and follow operating instructions
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Willingness to work shifts as required
