BizKredit; This is another arm of the organization that is involved with giving loans to small businesses (SMEs). This arm of the business is the field aspect, where business owners can walk in and apply to get loans to fund their businesses.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Field Agent Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Job Summary

• The Field Agent is responsible for managing all field agents within assigned LGAs to drive loan growth, quality customer onboarding, and strong loan recovery.

This role focuses on:

• Recruiting, onboarding, and supervising field agents
• Ensuring accurate customer data and proper loan processing
• Driving loan applications and collections
• Coordinating field activities and community sensitisation
• The Field Agent Manager serves as the link between agents and the organization, ensuring standards, performance, and accountability are maintained.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Field Service and the ability to work independently in diverse locations
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders
• Exceptional Customer Service skills and a customer-centric approach to addressing client needs
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic environments
• Knowledge of the financial services sector and local regulatory frameworks is an advantage
• Degree or relevant certification required; OND, HND or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Salary
N100,000 per month.
