We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Summary

• We are hiring an experienced Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end production, logistics, quality control, and team coordination in a fast-growing juice brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production and ensure efficiency
• Develop operational processes and improve workflows
• Manage staff across production and logistics teams
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
• Track performance metrics and optimize output
• Coordinate supply chain and inventory.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Operations, Engineering, Business, or related fields
• 3 - 5 years experience in FMCG/food production
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing teams and processes.
