Key Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube).
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, engaging content aligned with the company’s brand voice and objectives.
- Monitor trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to inform content strategy and improve engagement.
- Manage all social media accounts, including responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling visuals, videos, and graphics.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging digital trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
- 2–3 years proven experience managing social media accounts, preferably within a media or related industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and content optimization.
- Excellent content creation, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of creativity, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
