Job Title: Telesales Executive
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid)
About the Role
- We’re hiring a driven Telesales Executive to own outbound and inbound sales for our education products.
- You’ll connect with parents, students, and schools, qualify leads, demo value, and close deals to hit monthly revenue targets. If you thrive on calls, targets, and commission, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion: Handle cold/warm leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email. Pitch edtech products and move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Product Demos: Conduct virtual demos and clearly explain features, benefits, and ROI to decision-makers.
- Objection Handling: Address pricing, timing, and trust concerns to close sales.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly revenue and unit targets.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing and customer success teams to improve lead quality and retention.
- Reporting: Track call metrics, conversion rates, and feedback to refine approach.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in telesales or edtech sales.
- Skills: Excellent phone presence, objection handling, and closing skills. Comfortable with high call volumes and rejection.
- Tech: Familiar with CRMs like Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar. Able to run Zoom/Google Meet demos.
- Mindset: Target-driven, persuasive, coachable, and resilient.
- Availability: Able to work hybrid in Ikeja.
Salary & Benefits
- ₦170,000 – ₦220,000 monthly _including_ bonuses, and commission
