We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

• We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to handle inquiries from beneficiaries, donors, and the public.

Duties

• Respond to calls, emails, and messages
• Provide information about foundation programs
• Record complaints and escalate when needed
• Maintain accurate interaction records

Requirements

• Good communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Polite, patient, and responsive attitude
• Experience in customer service is an added advantage.

Salary
N1,800,000 - N3,000,000 Annually.
