The Moment of Truth Talent Seriesis a dynamic business reality show that aims to empower underrepresented entrepreneurs, disabled innovators, and student founders. It provides a platform for these individuals to pitch their innovative ideas and access theresources needed to turn their visions into reality.

The series focuses on fostering community-driven support for business education and entrepreneurship, with a mission to reduce unemployment in both Nigeria and the UK.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Community Engagement Lead

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

About the Role

• As a Community Engagement Lead, you will play a key role in building grassroots loyalty for the Moment of Truth Business Business Reality Show.
• You’ll support the planning and execution of university pitch events, business hub activations,while learning how to mobilise communities around entrepreneurship.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating pitch events at universities and business hubs.
• Support outreach campaigns to student groups, entrepreneurship clubs, and local communities.
• Manage event logistics (registrations, communications, volunteer coordination).
• Help design social media campaigns.
• Collect feedback from participants and prepare post-event reports.

Qualifications

• Passion for entrepreneurship and youth empowerment.
• Strongknowledge of social media and event coordination is a plus.
• Current student or recent graduate in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.

Learning Outcomes:

• Gain hands-on experience in event planning.
• Learn how to build partnerships with universities, hubs, and grassroots organisations.
• Develop communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Network with entrepreneurs, mentors, and sponsors.

Salary
N140,000 - N170,000 per month.
