Job Title: Sales and Marketing Officer (Oil Palm)

Role Overview

• Support the execution of sales and marketing activities by generating leads, managing customer relationships, and driving product awareness.
• The role contributes to revenue growth by ensuring effective market coverage and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales leads and business opportunities.
• Promote company products to distributors, retailers, and bulk buyers.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Assist in executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Conduct market research and provide insights on customer needs.
• Track sales performance and prepare periodic reports.
• Support pricing and negotiation processes with customers.
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely product delivery.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Ensure proper documentation of sales transactions and customer records.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Monthly Sales Target Achievement > 85%
• Lead Conversion Rate > 60%
• Customer Acquisition Rate > 15% monthly
• Customer Satisfaction Score > 85%
• Sales Growth Contribution > 10% monthly
• Order Fulfillment Accuracy > 95%

Requirements/Qualifications
Educational Qualifications

• BSc or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Professional Certifications:

• Relevant sales or marketing certifications (added advantage)

Experience Requirement:

• 3–5 years relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably in agribusiness or FMCG.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 per month.
