Global Ease HR Consulting and Academy is currently recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Logistics Monitoring Officer

Location: Chevron, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatch and delivery of customer orders
• Assign and manage delivery riders or third-party logistics partners
• Track shipments from dispatch to final delivery to ensure timeliness
• Communicate delivery updates to customers and internal teams
• Resolve delivery issues such as delays, failed deliveries, or incorrect orders
• Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, costs, and logistics activities
• Optimize delivery routes and processes to reduce cost and improve efficiency
• Ensure proper packaging and handling of products before dispatch

Requirements

• Good coordination and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Familiarity with logistics operations
• Attention to detail.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
