Global Ease HR Consulting and Academy is currently recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations Officer

Location: Chevron, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily operations across all departments (sales, production, logistics, and customer service)
• Ensure smooth workflow between front-end (sales/customer service) and back-end (production and inventory) teams
• Monitor staff productivity, attendance, and adherence to company processes
• Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to improve efficiency
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Track business performance and provide regular reports to management
• Ensure deadlines for orders, production, and deliveries are consistently met
• Support management in planning and executing business strategies.

Requirements

• Tech savy to monitor upload of products to the website
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Previous operations experience is an advantage.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
