Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Chevron, Lagos

Responsibilities
- Attend to customer inquiries across all channels (walk-in, WhatsApp, Instagram, calls, and email) in a timely and professional manner
- Process customer orders accurately, including confirming details such as size, color, delivery location, and timelines
- Provide product information, styling guidance, and recommendations to customers
- Manage and resolve customer complaints, returns, and exchanges efficiently
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and transactions
- Support sales by upselling and cross-selling products where appropriate
Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Customer-focused attitude
- Basic knowledge of social media / online platforms
- Previous experience is an advantage.
Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
