Global Ease HR Consulting and Academy is currently recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Chevron, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer inquiries across all channels (walk-in, WhatsApp, Instagram, calls, and email) in a timely and professional manner
• Process customer orders accurately, including confirming details such as size, color, delivery location, and timelines
• Provide product information, styling guidance, and recommendations to customers
• Manage and resolve customer complaints, returns, and exchanges efficiently
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and transactions
• Support sales by upselling and cross-selling products where appropriate

Requirements

• Good communication skills
• Customer-focused attitude
• Basic knowledge of social media / online platforms
• Previous experience is an advantage.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
