Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Lugbe, Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

  • We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support patients in sourcing their medications.
  • You will serve as the link between patients and partner pharmacies to confirm drug availability, discuss brand options, and coordinate pickup or delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and respond to patient medication requests via phone, chat, or other communication channels.
  • Contact partner pharmacies to confirm the availability, pricing, and brand options of requested medications.
  • Communicate clearly with patients to verify their preferred medication brands and alternatives when necessary.
  • Confirm patient choices regarding pickup at pharmacy locations or delivery arrangements.
  • Coordinate with logistics/delivery teams to ensure timely medication dispatch.
  • Provide accurate updates to patients on order status and expected timelines.
  • Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions, orders, and pharmacy confirmations.
  • Handle complaints, inquiries, and service issues professionally and promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with patient privacy and confidentiality standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND / Bachelor’s Degree in any field (health-related field is an advantage).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Fast learner with leadership and problem solving skills
  • Good attention to detail, organization and record-keeping skills.
  • Basic knowledge of medications is an advantage.
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple patient requests efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using digital communication tools and data entry systems.
  • Experience working in a healthcare facility such as a hospital or pharmacy is an added advantage.
  • Tech savvy, experience with various software apps and tools.
