Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager

Location: Egbeda, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Strategic Planning: Developing comprehensive sales and marketing plans to meet company goals.
• Team Leadership: Recruiting, training, and managing marketing and sales staff to achieve performance objectives.
• Market Research: Analyzing market trends, identifying new opportunities, and understanding consumer requirements.
• Campaign Management: Designing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital media and advertising.
• Sales Target Achievement: Setting targets, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and driving sales revenue.
• Customer Relationship Management: Building relationships with key clients and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Salary
N150,000 - N450,000 monthly.
