Job Summary
- Our client is seeking hardworking and reliable Factory Workers to support production operation
- The ideal candidates will be responsible for assisting in the manufacturing process, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and equipment as assigned
- Assist in the production and packaging of goods
- Load and unload materials and products
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the work area
- Follow production schedules and meet daily targets
- Adhere strictly to health and safety guidelines
- Report faults, damages, or safety concerns promptly
- Support supervisors in achieving operational goals.
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE qualification
- Previous factory or production experience is an added advantage
- Ability to perform physical tasks and stand for long periods
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work in a team environment.
