Job Title: Warehouse Loading Supervisor

Location: Sagamu, Ogun

Role Overview

• Are you an experienced warehouse professional with a strong background in FMCG operations? Do you have hands-on expertise in supervising loading activities, especially within the Lagos market? If yes, we’d love to hear from you!
• We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented warehouse supervisor to oversee loading operations and ensure timely, accurate, and efficient dispatch of goods.
• This role is critical to maintaining smooth distribution across the Lagos market.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily loading activities.
• Ensure accurate and timely dispatch of goods.
• Monitor proper handling and stacking of products.
• Verify loading against dispatch documentation.
• Lead and manage loading teams to meet targets.
• Enforce safety and operational compliance standards.
• Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams.
• Resolve operational issues to prevent delays.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree
• 3–6 years’ experience in warehouse operations or supervision
• Strong FMCG experience (mandatory), especially in loading Lagos market goods
• Proven experience managing loading teams
• Good understanding of warehouse and dispatch processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Salary
N250,000 - N350,000 monthly.
