Job Summary

• Bites By Anny Restaurant is seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods and desserts, ensuring quality, consistency, and presentation standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a wide range of pastries, cakes, breads, puff puff, meat pie, chicken pie, fish rolls and desserts
• Develop new recipes and improve existing ones
• Ensure proper food handling, hygiene, and safety standards
• Monitor inventory and manage ingredient supplies
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to meet daily production targets

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Baker
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
• Creativity and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Must reside in or around Apo Resettlement, Abuja.

Salary

• N120,000 per month.
