Job Summary

• Our client is seeking a results-driven and experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, improve efficiency, and ensure smooth organizational processes.
• The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating activities, managing resources, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operational activities of the organization.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Monitor performance metrics and improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless workflow.
• Manage budgets, resources, and inventory effectively.
• Supervise staff and ensure productivity targets are met.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
• Prepare reports and provide insights to senior management.

Requirements

• B.Sc or HND qualification in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in an operations or administrative management role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Salary
N170,000 monthly.
