Role Overview

  • Nextzon Business Services Limited is seeking a proactive and creative Learning & Development (Training Officer) to drive capability development across the firm and client engagements.
  • The ideal candidate will design, deliver, and evaluate impactful learning interventions that strengthen workforce performance and support business growth.
  • This role requires someone who can combine instructional design, facilitation expertise, and digital learning innovation to create engaging and measurable training experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement training programs aligned with business objectives and competency frameworks
  • Develop high-quality learning materials, presentations, and digital content (including videos and microlearning modules)
  • Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs
  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify capability gaps across teams and projects
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics
  • Maintain accurate training records, reports, and learning documentation
  • Support leadership development, consulting capability building, and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives
  • Collaborate with business leaders to align learning interventions with project delivery needs
  • Leverage digital tools and platforms to enhance learning experience and accessibility.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in Learning & Development, Training, or HR roles
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms
  • Experience with digital learning tools or Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage
  • Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
