Brand Manager at Vitafoam Plc

Vono furniture Products limited was established in 2016 as fully owned subsidiary of Vitafoam Nig. Plc. The Company is positioned to provide furniture products for the Hospitality, Offices & Homes and Institutions.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Brand Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with overall business objectives
• Manage and grow Vitafoam’s brand portfolio (mattresses, pillows, foam products, etc.)
• Conduct market research to identify consumer insights, trends, and competitive positioning
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, print, TV, retail activations)
• Collaborate with sales teams to drive product demand and improve market penetration
• Monitor brand performance using KPIs such as market share, awareness, and sales growth
• Oversee advertising, promotions, and product launches
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms
• Manage budgets for brand activities and optimize ROI
• Work with agencies, media partners, and internal stakeholders

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA is an advantage)
• 5–8 years of experience in brand management, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior and Nigerian market dynamics
• Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and data analysis
