Job Title: Human Resource & Admin Manager

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

  • We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to lead our people operations while overseeing key administrative functions within a fast-paced pharmaceutical wholesale environment.
  • This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who can balance operational efficiency with people-centered leadership, ensuring compliance, performance, and a strong workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
Human Resources:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes to attract high-quality candidates
  • Drive performance management systems, including appraisals, goal setting, and continuous feedback
  • Develop and implement learning and development initiatives aligned with business goals
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes
  • Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and internal HR policies
  • Champion culture, engagement, and organizational development initiatives
  • Provide strategic HR support to leadership and departmental heads

Administrative Functions:

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations across office and warehouse locations
  • Manage office facilities, vendors, and service providers to ensure operational efficiency
  • Supervise administrative staff and ensure high performance standards
  • Coordinate logistics, travel arrangements, and company events
  • Maintain accurate records of assets, documentation, and compliance requirements
  • Implement systems and processes to improve administrative efficiency

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR management, preferably within pharma, FMCG, or distribution sectors
  • Proven experience managing administrative operations alongside HR functions
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • High level of organization, discretion, and problem-solving ability
  • Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is an added advantage
  • Candidates must resides close to Surulere, Yaba, Fadeyi, Apapa etc.
