Job Title: Human Resource & Admin Manager
Location: Surulere, Lagos

About the Role
- We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to lead our people operations while overseeing key administrative functions within a fast-paced pharmaceutical wholesale environment.
- This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who can balance operational efficiency with people-centered leadership, ensuring compliance, performance, and a strong workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes to attract high-quality candidates
- Drive performance management systems, including appraisals, goal setting, and continuous feedback
- Develop and implement learning and development initiatives aligned with business goals
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and internal HR policies
- Champion culture, engagement, and organizational development initiatives
- Provide strategic HR support to leadership and departmental heads
Administrative Functions:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations across office and warehouse locations
- Manage office facilities, vendors, and service providers to ensure operational efficiency
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure high performance standards
- Coordinate logistics, travel arrangements, and company events
- Maintain accurate records of assets, documentation, and compliance requirements
- Implement systems and processes to improve administrative efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR management, preferably within pharma, FMCG, or distribution sectors
- Proven experience managing administrative operations alongside HR functions
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- High level of organization, discretion, and problem-solving ability
- Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is an added advantage
- Candidates must resides close to Surulere, Yaba, Fadeyi, Apapa etc.
